Dr. Femi Akinrinola
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Femi Akinrinola is the visionary founder behind RecoNovaX Solutions Limited, bringing over two decades of experience spanning renewable energy, environmental consultancy, digital technology and circular economy systems. His doctoral research pioneered new approaches to waste-to-energy conversion, and his work has shaped policy and practice across the UK, Europe and sub-Saharan Africa.
Dr. Akinrinola founded RecoNovaX with a clear purpose: to build a company that addresses the dual challenges of climate change and development through technically excellent, commercially sustainable solutions. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a multi-disciplinary practice with a global footprint and a reputation for delivering transformative results.
